At Hydro Halo, we want you to love your experience. Due to the personal nature of skincare, we are only able to accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@hydrohaloskin.com — we’re happy to help resolve the issue, offer store credit, or suggest a solution.

🔁 To be eligible for a return:

    •    Items must be unused and in original packaging

    •    Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

    •    Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect
